Extraordinary Behaviour
He writes, plays, arranges and produces but he doesn’t do vocals. So when Simon Hurst first heard Jacqueline Petrea sing, he thought, “hmm ... maybe I could persuade her to sing some of my songs ... maybe I should write some songs for her to sing ...”

And that’s kind of how Extraordinary Behaviour began. In its current guise, it’s Simon doing all the playing, Jacqueline doing all the singing and Roger Jeynes doing all the engineering.

What does it amount to? A vehicle for Simon’s delusions? A hubristic flight of mock ironic pop fantasy soaring dangerously close to the ground? Or just a growing bunch of genre-confused songs for you to love, hate, admire or dismiss with a knowingly cool sneer?

Have a listen to some of the latest Extraordinary Behaviour output. And if you feel moved to do so, send us a message. We'd appreciate it.
